The Comox Valley Skating Club hosted a "Rising Stars" seminar with 2010 Olympian, Vaughn Chipeur. The 3 day seminar in early September was a great hit with 18 skaters from Vancouver Island participating!

The CVSC would like to thank WESTJET for their support this season. Our club was able to raise approximately $9,800.00 through a raffle of two WESTJET tickets anywhere WESTJET flies. Thank you also to The OLD HOUSE village Hotel & Spa & Restaurant, Fantale Productions, Quality Foods and Sport Mart for donation prizes for our Raffle.
